Professor Joh Parses Recent Supreme Court Cases on 'Con Law' Podcast

Professor Elizabeth Joh and podcasting partner Roman Mars released a flurry of episodes of What Trump Can Teach Us About Con Law over the summer, most covering recent Supreme Court cases.

The latest, “Do You Know How Your Phone Works?” dropped on Aug. 27 and concerns GPS tracking devices on Maine lobster-catching boats, a 2019 credit union robbery and the Fourth Amendment. Listen to the episode.

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal law and procedure, with a special emphasis on the police use of new technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
