Professor Larson Comments on California Supreme Court Justice Liu for Daily Journal

Professor Carlton Larson commented for the Daily Journal on the performance of California Supreme Court Justice Goodwin Liu, who joined the Court in September and has since authored more concurring and dissenting opinions than any of his colleagues.

"He's calling it as he sees it," said Professor Larson. "If he sees it differently than his colleagues he's going to go ahead and say it."

Carlton Larson's research interests focus on constitutional law and legal history, with a strong emphasis on the 18th century.
