Professor Joslin's Article Selected for Annual Best-of Compilation 'Women and the Law'

Professor Courtney Joslin’s article “(Not) Just Surrogacy” (California Law Review, 2021) has been selected for inclusion in the forthcoming 2022 edition of Women and the Law. The Thomson Reuters compilation “collects the best legal research from top legal scholars in the past year” from “the major areas surrounding litigation of women’s rights.” 

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
