Professor Joslin Presents at Vanderbilt Law Event

On April 9, Professor Courtney Joslin presented her article “How Parenthood Functions” as part of the LGBTQ+ Rights Roundtable at Vanderbilt Law School.

Co-authored with Yale Law Professor Douglas NeJaime, the article is forthcoming in the Columbia Law Review. Florida State Law Professor Courtney Cahill served as commentator at the Vanderbilt event.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
