Professor Courtney Joslin presented on the virtual panel “Family Rights for LGBTQIA+ Folks: U.S. Surrogacy and Parentage Laws” as part of the annual LGBT Bar Association’s Lavender Law Conference. Joslin presented findings from her recent California Law Review article “(Not) Just Surrogacy.”
