Professor Joslin Presents Forthcoming Article at Boston University

On Oct. 3, Professor Courtney Joslin presented the article “How Parenthood Functions” (forthcoming, Columbia Law Review) at Boston University School of Law. Joslin coauthored the article with Yale Law Professor Douglas NeJaime. 

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
