Professor Joslin Discusses Parentage Rules at Lavender Law Conference
Professor Courtney G. Joslin spoke at the annual Lavender Law conference on September 5, 2008, in San Francisco, discussing "Assisted Reproductive Technology and the Marriage Requirement: How Exclusionary Parentage Rules Harm the Well-Being of Children."
