Professor Joslin to Discuss Equality of Marriage Rights in California
Professor Courtney Joslin will speak at the 2008 Minority Bar Coalition Unity Conference on October 10, 2008, at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Joslin will examine recent marriage cases in California, and the continued push for equality of legal rights for same- and opposite-sex couples.
Joslin is a professor at UC Davis School of Law. She is a nationally recognized scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition; her work often has particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
