Professor Joslin Comments on FAIR Act for News & Review
Professor Courtney Joslin commented for the Sacramento News & Review on the Fair, Accurate, Inclusive and Respectful (FAIR) Education Act, the new state law that adds LGBT individuals, Asian Pacific Islanders, and people with disabilities to the list of groups that should be included in California classrooms' social studies and history curriculum. Professor Joslin explained that the FAIR Education Act helps schools comply with their nondiscrimination obligations.
