Professor Joslin Comments on Article at Annual Nonmarriage Roundtable

On Sept. 30, Professor Courtney Joslin participated in the fourth annual Nonmarriage Roundtable at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.  

Joslin served as commentator for Chicago-Kent College of Law Professor Katharine Baker’s article “The How and Why of the Constitutional Family.”  

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
