Professor Joslin Comments in ABA Journal

Professor Courtney Joslin comments on issues surrounding the interpretation of the 2003 Supreme Court decision in Lawrence v. Texas in the October 2008 issue of ABA Journal.  In Lawrence, the Court struck down a state law prohibiting consensual sodomy, but in doing so left open a variety of questions, such as what standard of scrutiny the Court applied and how the decision might apply to the military's "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy that bars openly gay and lesbian people from the armed services.
