Professor Joslin Attends Meeting of Joint Editorial Board for Uniform Family Law

On Nov. 18, Professor Courtney Joslin attended the meeting of the Joint Editorial Board for Uniform Family Law). The JEB-UFL is “responsible for monitoring all uniform and model acts that are family-law related and recommends subjects for possible uniform laws.”

Joslin serves as the Association for American Law Schools’ liaison to the board.

Professor Joslin is a scholar in the field of family and relationship recognition, with a particular focus on same-sex and non-marital couples.
