Professor Frank Speaks at California State Bar Environmental Law Section Conference
On October 21, Professor Richard Frank spoke on the topic of "Recent Environmental Law Developments in the U.S. Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and California Supreme Court" at the California State Bar Environmental Law Section's Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite National Park. Frank's presentation surveyed the nation's and California's most important environmental decisions from federal and state courts over the past year.
Frank, a 1974 graduate of King Hall, is a leading scholar and practitioner in the field of environmental law and the founding Director of the new California Environmental Law and Policy Center at UC Davis School of Law.
