Professor Elmendorf Writes in The Atlantic About House Democrats' Clean Energy Bill

In a Jan. 28 opinion piece for The Atlantic headlined “Don’t San Francisco-ize Clean Energy,”
Professor Christopher Elmendorf writes that congressional Democrats’ Clean Electricity and Transmission Acceleration Act includes many good ideas “but undermines itself by setting up a succession of legal obstacles.”  

Christopher S. Elmendorf is a UC Davis Law professor of law whose teaching and research interests include election law, administrative law, statutory interpretation, constitutional law, and property and natural resources law.
