Professor Elmendorf Talks to 'Insight,' S.F. Chronicle About Enrollment Cap Controversy

Professor Christopher Elmendorf spoke to host Vicki Gonzalez of Capital Public Radio’s Insight program and to the San Francisco Chronicle on March 16 about the potential UC Berkeley enrollment cap that was halted March 14 by new state legislation -- and enduring issues with the California Environmental Quality Act.
