Professor Courtney Joslin Speaker at Family Law Conference

Professor Courtney Joslin, a family law and civil rights expert, is a speaker at the family law conference, Jazzing Up Family Law, at Indiana University School of Law beginning June 13. Her talk, "Assisted Reproductive Technology and Parentage: How Exclusionary Parentage Rule Leave Children Financially Vulnerable," examines how in most states the current rules that govern Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) are inadequate. Joslin also recently participated in Emerging Family Law Scholars and Teachers Conference 2008 at Cardozo School of Law.
