Professor Ayer Guests at Los Angeles Alumni Luncheon

Professor Emeritus John D. Ayer was the guest of honor at a UC Davis School of Law Alumni Luncheon on December 12 in Los Angeles.  The event, hosted by Alumni Board members Ron Maroko '86 and Bill Strickland '97, was well-attended, drawing a wide range of alumni who varied greatly in age and in their relationship to the Professor Ayer, including some who had Professor Ayer as an instructor, some who had clerked for him during his tenure as a bankruptcy judge in Los Angeles, and some who had argued before his court.

John D. Ayer is a professor emeritus at the UC Davis School of Law and an expert on bankruptcy law.
