Pow '96 Appointed to Cupertino Public Safety Commission

Tamara Klein Pow '96 was appointed as a commissioner on the City of Cupertino Public Safety Commission in January 2008. She will serve a full term until January 2012. Pow is a founding partner of Structure Law Group, LLP in San Jose. She advises business owners and real estate investors on all aspects of business and real estate transactions, including liability protection and tax planning. Pow has extensive experience with the formation and representation of corporations, LLCs, LLPs, general partnerships, and limited partnerships. She also handles 1031 exchange tax planning and other real estate matters.
