Nick Bourke '06 Comments on Credit Card Reform for KQED

Nick Bourke '06, manager of the Safe Credit Cards Project at The Pew Charitable Trusts, commented on new federal regulations governing credit card interest rates and bank overdraft fees as part of a discussion on the "Forum with Michael Krasny" program broadcast by KQED radio on November 13.  Bourke, who helped to support the passage of the Credit CARD Act of 2009, recently testified before Congress regarding unfair and deceptive practices in the consumer credit industry.
