Moscogliato LL.M. ’05 Publishes

Marcelo Moscogliato LL.M. '05 published "Foreign Direct Investment in Corporations: Restrictions in the United States and Brazil on the Grounds of National Defense" in the latest issue of the Oregon Review of International Law (Vol. 9, No. 1.).

Moscogliato is a Brazilian federal prosecutor for the Third Federal Appellate Circuit Court in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
