Mike Nakagawa '80 Named to Judgeship on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court
Attorney Mike Nakagawa '80 was named to a 14-year judgeship on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada by Chief Judge Mary Schroeder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Nakagawa, a California native, has practiced bankruptcy law for 26 years. His law experience includes reorganization, business litigation, insurance defense, and creditor and trustee representation. He is a member of the California and Nevada state bars.
