Megan Whyman Olesek '97 Joins Duane Morris LLP

Megan Whyman Olesek '97 has joined the Silicon Valley office of Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Olesek is a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice on patent litigation. She also has substantial experience in a variety of technology-focused matters, including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and complex business disputes. She was named a California "IP Star" by Managing Intellectual Property in 2014 and was honored in the inaugural edition of Managing Intellectual Property's "IP Stars - Top 250 Women in IP" in 2013.
