Maggie Krell '03 Successfully Tries "Stale" Murder Case

California Deputy Attorney General Maggy Krell '03 successfully tried a 20-year-old murder case. In February, a Lassen County jury found a defendant guilty of murder and using a gun to commit a 1988 slaying. Charges were not filed in Lassen County until recently, when the defendant was scheduled for parole after serving a sentence for solicitation of murder.
