Levinson '73 Elected to American College of Bankruptcy Board
Marc Levinson '73, a creditors' rights and bankruptcy partner with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in Sacramento, was elected to the board of directors of the American College of Bankruptcy, a national association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals. Members must have a minimum of 15 years of practice, 10 years of specialization in bankruptcy, distinguished service to the insolvency and bankruptcy community, and made contributions to continuing education for the profession.
