Lee '04 Joins Solomon Ward
Geoffrey Lee '04 joins Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith, LLP as a new associate.
Lee practices in the area of business litigation, construction law, employment law, and corporate and business law. He has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous disputes among corporate shareholders, officers, and directors, general and limited partners, and limited liability company members involving a wide range of contract, business tort, and unfair competition claims.
Lee was a member of the Order of Barristers and a winner of the 2003 UC Davis School of Law Francis Carr Mock Trial Competition
