Law Faculty Analyze Same-Sex Marriage Case Arguments

Immediately after the oral arguments before the California Supreme Court in six cases that address the constitutionality of the state's marriage statutes, which were broadcast in the student lounge and lobby of King Hall, Professors Alan Brownstein, Lisa Ikemoto, Courtney Joslin, and Robert Mikos discussed the arguments, offered their insights about the cases, and predicted the outcomes.  The panel discussion, which drew an overflow crowd, was co-sponsored by the Feminist Forum, Lambda Law Students Association, the ACLU-King Hall, and the UC Davis School of Law.
