Kristine Knaplund '77 and Richard Cupp '87, professors at Pepperdine University School of Law, recently published scholarly articles.

Knaplund published "Charity for the ‘Death Tax': The Impact of Legislation on Charitable Bequests" in Gonzaga Law Review (Volume 45, 2009/10) and "Montana Becomes Third U.S. State to Allow Physician Aid in Dying" in the American Bar Section of Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law eReport (Forthcoming).  Cupp published "International Tobacco Litigation's Evolution as United States Torts Law Export: To Canada and Beyond?" in Pepperdine Law Review (Volume 38, 2011).  Both articles also appear in Pepperdine University Legal Studies Research Paper series.
