Kralowec '92 Joins Schubert & Reed as Partner
On January 28, 2008, Kimberly Kralowec '92 joins Schubert & Reed, a small San Francisco plaintiff shop, as its first-ever lateral partner. Kralowec built her reputation as an authority on Proposition 64 by blogging about unfair competition law (UCL). The six-lawyer Schubert & Reed has built its practice primarily on securities and shareholder derivative class actions, but in recent years has expanded into employment litigation, UCL, and antitrust practices.
