King Hall Prominent in Annual ABAS Dinner

UC Davis School of Law Marketing and Communications Director Pamela Wu served as emcee, with Professors Lisa Ikemoto and Clay Tanaka and several Law School alumni and students in attendance, at the Asian/Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento (ABAS) 28th Annual Installation Dinner on March 25 at the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria in Sacramento. 

The event featured a keynote address from San Francisco Public Defender Jeff Adachi, and award presentations to Brian Louie, Deputy Chief of the Sacramento Police Department, and Ruthe Ashley, Chief Executive Officer of California ALL.

Other members of the King Hall community in attendance included ABAS President Kathryn Doi '85, a partner in the Healthcare Practice Team of Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld in Sacramento and former president of the UC Davis School of Law Alumni Board, Cristina Gapasin, the Law School's Associate Director of Admissions & Outreach, and students Jennifer Shih '10, Justin Kim '10, and Paul Liu '09.
