Kelly '01 Named Shareholder
Daniel Kelly '01 has been named shareholder at the Sacramento law firm of Somach Simmons & Dunn. Kelly joined the firm as an associate attorney in September 2001. His practice areas include water law, administrative law, environmental law, public agency law and related fields. He represents a diverse range of clients, including public agencies, local districts, private landowners and businesses, and serves on the editorial board of the California Water Law & Policy Reporter. Prior to attending UC Davis School of Law, Kelly worked for several engineering firms assisting in the design of both residential and commercial development projects.
