Keith A. Flaum '89 Leaves Cooley Godward Kornish for Dewey & LeBeouf
In a move described in the "Legal Pad" blog as "an earthquake rocking Silicon Valley's legal world," Keith A. Flaum '89 and two colleagues have left Bay Area firm Cooley Godward Kornish LLP for Dewey & LeBeouf. Flaum, a preeminent mergers and acquisitions lawyer, was named one of a dozen "Dealmakers of the Year" by The American Lawyer in 2006.
