Keith Flaum ’89 to Join Hogan Lovells

Keith Flaum ’89 is part of a high-powered team of four Weil Gotshal & Manges partners leaving the firm for Hogan Lovells, Legal Week reports.  Hogan Lovells won a bidding war to win the group away from Weil, which in turn had won a similar contest for their services when they left Dewey & Leboeuf just before that firm’s bankruptcy, according to Legal Week.  The article includes mention of Flaum’s leadership of Weil’s team in a series of major transactions, including Facebook’s $19 billion acquisition of WhatsApp in 2014.
