KCBS Radio Interviews Professor Courtney Joslin on Same-Sex Marriage Initiative

Professor Courtney Joslin provided analysis for KCBS radio on the proposed California Gay Marriage initiative, making the November ballot. In May, the California Supreme Court ruled it was unconstitutional to prevent same-sex couples from having the same rights as other couples. The new measure would insert the sentence, "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California," into the state constitution and in effect overrule the court's decision.
