Judge Restani '73 Quoted on Drug Company Ruling

The Honorable Jane Restani '73 was quoted in The Legal Itelligencer on a victory for drug manufacturers in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Third Circuit, which ruled that the makers of Paxil and Zoloft cannot be sued for failing to warn of a risk of suicide because the Food and Drug Administration has refused to order such warnings.
