Judge Judy Hersher '84 Co-authors California Civil Jury Instruction Handbook

The Honorable Judy Holzer Hersher '84, a Sacramento Superior Court judge, co-authored the California Civil Jury Instruction Companion Handbook 2014-2015 with Justice Elizabeth A. Baron (Ret.), recently published by Thomson Reuters, part of Westlaw.  The reference book is some 1,200 pages and features cases and instructions in California cases. It is designed as an aid for using the Judicial Council of California Civil Jury Instructions (CACI) in routine and complex civil jury cases.
