Joseph Bernstein '74 to Lead Empire Resorts Inc., WSJ Reports
Joseph Bernstein '74 has been appointed as chief executive officer of Empire Resorts Inc. and will lead the New York-based company through a planned restructuring, the Wall Street Journal reported June 1. Bernstein will oversee improvements to the company's Monticello Casino and Raceway and pursue the development of a Native American casino adjoining the raceway as well as the development of the raceway's adjoining 230 acres.
