John McKinsey '99 to Publish Historical Novel
John McKinsey '99 is set to publish his first novel, The Lincoln Secret, with Martin Pearl Publishing on December 15. The book is the modern-day story of a trio of people caught up in unraveling a set of mysteries from the Civil War era, including controversies regarding Abraham Lincoln's birth and death.
An attorney with Stoel Rives in Sacramento, McKinsey represents energy and industrial clients. He has served as lead counsel for the siting of major industrial development projects in California and, over the course of his career has completed over $2 billion in plant infrastructure projects.
