Joe Faucher '88 Joins Trucker Huss

Joe Faucher '88 has joined employee benefits law firm Trucker Huss as Special Counsel in the firm's new Los Angeles office.  Faucher has been handling ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) matters and employee benefit related cases for more than 25 years. His practice includes defending actions for breach of fiduciary duty against retirement plan sponsors, administrators, trustees, and other fiduciaries, claims for benefits against retirement plans, disability insurance plans, health insurance plans, and life insurance plans, and claims against surety bond companies.
