Joan Story ’77 Elected President of Port of Oakland

Joan Story ’77 has been elected as President of the Port of Oakland. Story, a prominent real estate attorney, was nominated to serve on the Port’s governing board in July 2015 by Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, and elected president in a unanimous July 14 vote by the board. Story is of counsel to the international law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.
