Jason Jasmine '01 Elevated to Partner at Carroll, Burdick & McDonough

Jason Jasmine '01 has been elevated to Parner at Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, the California litigation and business law firm announced last week. 

Working from the firm's Sacramento office, Jasmine focuses on labor and employment litigation, representing public employees and employee associations on a wide range of issues.  He also has experience as coverage and bad faith counsel for insurers and has handled matters before the California Supreme Court and the California Court of Appeal.  In 2009, Jasmine became a fee arbitrator for the Sacramento County Bar Association and the State Bar of California.  He also contributes to various newsletters, including the PORAC Law Enforcement News, a publication for peace officers throughout California.
