Jason Cooksey '00 Makes Partner at Seyfarth Shaw

Jason Cooksey '00 has been elected to partnership at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a full-service firm with offices in several U.S. cities including Sacramento and San Francisco.  Cooksey is a partner in the Wage & Hour, Complex Discrimination Litigation and Single Plaintiff Litigation practice groups, representing clients in single plaintiff and class actions in federal and state courts, and before various state and federal agencies. He also speaks regularly to management groups on various employment related issues and provides training on anti-harassment and anti-discrimination laws to employers throughout the United States. He is a guest lecturer at California State University, Sacramento and the University of the Pacific, Stockton, and a member of Seyfarth Shaw's national Diversity Action Team and Chair of the Sacramento Diversity Action Team.
