In Daily Journal and on 'Insight,' Dean Johnson Discusses Asylum Post-Title 42

In a May 17 op-ed in the Daily Journal and in a May 15 conversation with host Vicki Gonzalez on Capital Public Radio's Insight program, Dean Kevin R. Johnson explored the expiration of the Title 42 order and the legal complexities surrounding the United States’ current asylum system.

Kevin R. Johnson is the law school’s dean, Mabie-Apallas Professor of Public Interest Law and professor of Chicana/o studies at UC Davis. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of immigration law and policy, refugee law, and civil rights.
