Herch '75 on Revitalizing the FCC Library

Frank A. Herch '75 wrote an article on revitalizing the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Library in the May/June issue of Law Librarians in the New Millennium. Herch was library director of the FCC Library, 2002-2005, in the employ of PTFS, Inc. Today, Frank manages the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Library in Washington,

D.C. as a member of the General Dynamics Signal Solutions team.
