H. Victor Conde '73 Legal Advisor before UN Human Rights Council

H. Victor Conde '73 is serving as a legal advisor and member of the diplomatic delegation of the Holy See (Vatican) for international human rights matters before the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland. Conde is the author of A Handbook of International Human Rights Terminology, (University of Nebraska Press). He is a human rights attorney and has taught international human rights law at Trinity International University and at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
