Elmendorf's Amicus on Election Cases to be heard by U.S. Supreme Court
An Amicus brief filed by UC Davis Professor of Law Christopher Elmendorf and Moritz College of Law Professor Daniel Tokaji in the case, Crawford v. Marion County Election Board, is due to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court this winter.
