Eisentraut '96 Joins Wendel Rosen Real Estate Practice
Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP added seasoned associate Aleka Skouras Eisentraut '96 to its real estate practice. Eisentraut brings nearly 10 years experience in both law firm and in-house settings.

Eisentraut represents private companies and individuals through real estate acquisitions, options and dispositions, as well as with the development and leasing of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. She advises clients in partnering with redevelopment agencies and through green building and LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. With experience in land use law, Eisentraut also has represented clients in connection with proposed general plan amendments and established conservation easements, including operation and management agreements with third-party non-profits. Prior to joining Wendel Rosen, Eisentraut was with the firm of K&L Gates (formerly Preston Gates & Ellis) and served as assistant general counsel for a Northern California home builder.
