Downey Brand Elevates Winnifred Ward '93 to Partner

Effective January 1, 2007, Downey Brand elevated Winnifred Ward '93 to Partner. Ward's practice emphasizes real estate law. She works with a variety of real estate clients, including real estate investments trusts, financial institutions, partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. She also handles properties, including high-rise commercial office buildings, regional shopping centers, mixed-use office buildings, and industrial facilities.

While at Davis, she was a research editor with the UC Davis Law Review.
