David McCray '93 Appointed as Justice on California Courts-Martial Appellate Panel
David McCray '93, Of Counsel at Beveridge & Diamond, has been appointed by Governor Jerry Brown as a justice on the California Courts-Martial Appellate Panel. Created in 2013, the panel is made up of three justices and hears criminal appeals involving California Guard and Reserve personnel. McCray, who served for 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, will review issues presented on behalf of convicted individuals, hear arguments, and, with the two other justices, issue decisions pursuant to the Uniform Code of Military Justice and California law.
