On Con Law Podcast, Professor Joh Discusses the 'Mar-a-Lago Warrant'

On episode 69 of the What Roman Mars Can Learn About Con Law podcast, titled “The Mar-a-Lago Warrant,” Professor Elizabeth Joh and host Roman Mars discuss the court order that permitted the search of former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence.

The order was made public, and even though much of it was redacted, there is a lot of information about what the government was looking for and which crimes the Department of Justice is investigating.

Professor Joh's scholarship focuses on criminal law and procedure, with a special emphasis on the police use of new technologies. She is the recipient of King Hall’s 2017 Distinguished Teaching Award.
