Cloninger '99 Elevated to Partner at Downey Brand

Effective January 1, 2008, Robert Cloninger '99, who focuses on corporate and securities law, was elevated to partner at Downey Brand Attorneys LLP.

Cloninger has represented buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders in numerous commercial transactions, including stock purchase deals, asset purchase deals, mergers, and commercial loan transactions.
